As the light dims over Khar’s leafy lanes, Blondie sheds its sunshine and slips into something darker. The café that once smelled of cold brews and banana bread now hums with bass, clinking glasses, and the slow pour of something a little stronger.

This is Blondie After Hours - a new evening chapter that feels both familiar and unexpected. The kind of place where caffeine flirts with cocktails, and where matcha and mezcal coexist like old friends at the same table.


A Cocktail Menu That Thinks Like a Barista

At the counter, mixology takes on a meditative rhythm. Each drink tells a story - of craft, chaos, and coffee.


The Hazeltini borrows from the espresso martini playbook but adds a Blondie wink: smooth hazelnut folded into rich coffee, like velvet at midnight. The Pour Over Negroni turns the ritual of brewing into theatre - gin, vermouth, and Campari swirling through a slow pour over coffee ice, perfumed and precise.


There’s the Cascara Caliente, a revelation for anyone who thought tequila had no secrets left - it’s spiked with cascara, the fruit of the coffee cherry, and a whisper of bird’s-eye chilli. The Blondie’s Bee hums with gin, honey, lime, and matcha - bright, grounded, and a little hypnotic.


Even the Matcha Cloud and Coffee Sour feel like conversation starters - the kind you sip slow, as hours slip by unnoticed.


Small Plates, Big Energy

Food here doesn’t play sidekick. Blondie’s new Bar Bites menu is built for mischief - snacks meant to be shared, stolen, and savoured between rounds.


A bowl of Truffle Fries lands first, glistening with parmesan and truffle garlic aioli. Someone orders the Kimchi Toastieand it disappears faster than the cocktail that came with it. Then there’s the Gochujang Bao, stuffed with spicy paneer or chicken, a bite that’s equal parts comfort and chaos.


The Prawn Pepper Fry nods to Mumbai’s coastal cravings, while Chips & Dip dusted with curry leaf spice feels like an inside joke only the kitchen gets. Each plate is designed for that sweet spot between indulgent and playful — food you eat when you don’t want the night to end.
