Shipping & Exchange Policy

1) Scope

Paperboard does not ship physical products. All purchases relate to:

  • Digital access (paid memberships, paywalled content, downloadable guides/PDFs)

  • B2B services (listings, advertising, sponsored/editorial features, creative services)

There are no shipping charges and no COD.
 

2) How “Shipping” Works (Digital Delivery)
  • Memberships/Paywalled Access: Granted immediately after successful payment/login.

  • Digital Guides/PDFs: A secure download link is emailed to your registered address within 5 minutes of payment and is available in your account dashboard.

  • If you don’t receive access within 15 minutes:

    1. Check spam/promotions

    2. Verify the email on your account

    3. Email paperboardmagazine@gmail.com with your payment reference and registered email

  • SLA: We re-issue links or restore access within 24 business hours of your email.

Proof of delivery for digital orders includes email delivery logs, access logs, and active download links.
 

3) B2B Service Delivery (No Physical Shipping)

For listings/ads/features/creative work:

  • Onboarding start: within 2–5 business days after intake form & assets are received (and payment is confirmed).

  • Deliverables: shared as URLs, screenshots, or files via email/drive; go-live dates follow our editorial calendar and the agreed SOW.
     

4) “Exchange” Policy (What it Means Here)

“Exchange” = reschedule or minor revision, not a product swap.

  • Rescheduling (B2B): One reschedule per project with ≥48 hours’ notice, subject to slot availability.

  • Revisions (B2B): 1 round of minor text/design edits included unless your SOW states otherwise. Substantive scope changes may incur additional fees/timelines.

  • Readers (Digital Access): Exchanges don’t apply to delivered downloads or active memberships. See /cancellation-refund for refund rules.
     

5) Address/Contact Changes
  • Readers: Update your account profile (email/name) to ensure future access emails reach you.

  • Businesses: Notify your Paperboard POC and email paperboardmagazine@gmail.com for any POC change to avoid approval delays.
     

6) Service Windows & Exceptions
  • Business hours: Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 IST (excluding Indian public holidays).

  • Force Majeure: Timelines may shift due to events beyond our control; we will notify you and offer the earliest next available slot or equivalent credit (for B2B).
     

7) Need Help?

Email paperboardmagazine@gmail.com with your order ID/payment reference and a short note on the issue. First response within 24 business hours; resolution within 3–5 business days (usually sooner for access re-issues).
