Cancellation & Refund Policy

Paperboard does not sell physical goods or tickets. This policy applies to digital access (newsletters, memberships, guides/PDFs) and B2B services (listings, ads, sponsored features, creative/editorial services).
 

A) Readers & Members
  • Free Newsletter: Unsubscribe anytime—no charges, no refunds required.

  • Paid Memberships/Paywalled Access: Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds.

  • Digital Guides/PDFs/Downloads: Non-refundable once access or download link is delivered.
     

B) Businesses (Restaurants/Bars/Hotels/Brands)
  • Listings/Advertising/Sponsored Features: Prepaid; non-refundable once onboarding begins (intake form received, slots reserved, or production started).

  • Creative/Editorial Services (shoots, copy, design): Prepaid; non-refundable after project kickoff (brief approved or first delivery scheduled).

  • Make-goods: If a contracted deliverable is missed, Paperboard will re-run or provide equivalent value inventory.

  • Rescheduling: One reschedule allowed with 48 hours’ notice (for shoots/features/placements tied to schedules).

  • Force Majeure: If events beyond control affect delivery, timelines extend or equivalent credit is issued.
     

How to Request

Email paperboardmagazine@gmail.com with your order ID, service name, and reason. If a refund/credit applies under this policy, we’ll process it to the original method within 5–7 business days or issue credit.
