Plural and Blanchette have come together to create a refreshing summer dessert menu that perfectly harmonises with the season.

As the temperature rises, what better way to escape the summer heat than indulging in some tropical desserts. Plural, a contemporary South East Asian restaurant with a strong Vietnamese influence, and Blanchette, a dessert brand known for elevating simple flavours with exceptional ingredients, have come together to create a refreshing summer dessert menu that perfectly harmonises with the season.

This limited edition dessert menu will be available at Plural until mid May. Sharing a similar brand ethos of paying homage to local produce while curating great experiences, the menu offers a mix of tropical and Vietnamese inspired flavours. The decadent desserts include the Mango Coconut and Lime, made with Coconut Lime cake, fresh Mango Jam, and Kerala Vanilla ice cream - a must-try tropical treat to beat the heat. The Hazelnut Tahini and Chocolate, a vegan chocolate ice cream with sesame and dark chocolate ganache made with Hazelnut dacquoise and tahini, is perfect for all the chocolate enthusiasts out there. The Reverse Affogato is inspired by Vietnamese coffee with a twist on the classic dessert, it is made with coffee ice cream which is locally sourced and a warm vanilla custard to pour over topped with coffee nibs and honey biscuits ; the Mini ice cream cones come with a choice of Kerala vanilla, vegan chocolate, pistachio, or coffee ice cream in mini cones.
