Grounded, Bandra

There’s a new spot in town for that classic coffee-and-croissant kind of evening. Set up by 18-year-old entrepreneur Yuvika Wadhawan. It offers a range of brews and bakes, as well as a snackable menu with poached eggs on a croissant, shredded chicken sandwich and other dishes. Their Nutella tiramisu is shaped as a coffee cup made out of milk and dark chocolate and filled with tiramisu and nutella. The space is filled with natural light and muted tones, providing a comforting backdrop for an evening with pals.

When: Tuesday – Sunday, 4:00 pm – 12:00 am

Cost: Approx ₹800 for two


Kind Cafe, Bandra

Joining the line-up of health-focused eateries is Kind Cafe. Founded by Akash Israni and Vaishnavi Shah, the café is designed around the central idea to be kind to yourself and others, through food. The menu includes healthier and feel-good offerings in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, while also providing a variety of vegan, keto-friendly, and gluten-free options that cater to every palate. It hosts a unique array of salads and warm bowls curated to keep macronutrients in balance without compromising on the taste while also abstaining from the use of refined sugar, refined flour and the method of frying.

Breve, Bandra

Bevé is a cycling-themed cafe in Mumbai, opened by Usman Bhadelia, a triathlete who is passionate about cycling. It opens up at 7 am and offers a limited menu of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, from pastas and burgers to smoothie bowls and sandwiches. Their eggs menu is also impressive, so don't forget to check it out! Bevé also offers cycling jerseys and books, as well as a limited number of cycle parking spots. This encourages people to try cycling instead of other options, which we think is a great idea.

Bloom Cafe, Bandra

Bloom Conscious Eatery and Café is a new clean-eating space in Mumbai. It is a nod to nature and flowers, with a white gate at the corner of Waterfield Road and a breezy alfresco outside area. It is essentially a light 'breakfast and lunch' place with fare for everyone, prepared by Executive Chef Rahul Desai. Cafés are meant to be retreats, and this is one such haven where you will spend time with a satisfied smile.

Steps, Bandra

This cafe is a micro nursery at the bottom of Mount Mary steps in Bandra, offering a cosy place to enjoy coffee surrounded by little plants. It is a small up and coming cafe at a great location and highly recommended for plant and coffee lovers.
